3 IN 1

I am looking for a good 3 in 1 lathe/drill press/mill. I will be making small tools and tenon work on wood and plastic clarinets, so it doesn't have to be real heavy duty - just precise. The lathe needs to be at least 15" between centers. What is a good reliable machine for reasonable cost? Are the Grizzly or Harbor Freight machines any good?
