I need advise on carbide inserts

by BK Burns
(Ind.)

Hello all,
I have a small 9" bench lathe. I have always used high speed tool bits. I would like to upgrade to carbide inserts. There are so many to choose from I was hoping someone could give some advise on a good all a round cheep insert type That would be good for lite hobby work.
Thank You
BK Burns
