Machining Titanium

I am quoting on a job that involves ASTM 8348, Unalloyed Titanium but have NO experience to draw upon to know how easy or hard this material is to machine, what Cutting Speed, or what cutting fluid to use.

Could you either tell me directly or recommend a source of advice on this question.
